Refunds / Returns
Return policies vary from supplier to supplier. Since we have multiple suppliers, it is always best to research the return policy specifically for the product you wish to buy by clicking on the information right on the product page. Refunds/replacements will not be processed unless they have a return authorization number (RMA). You must provide the following information when requesting an RMA to get the return authorization number and instructions:

Once you receive the return authorization information you (or your customer) can return the product according to the return instructions provided for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping costs, in accordance with the supplier’s return policy. (Refund may take up to 2 weeks after product has been received by supplier.)
Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Backorders/Out of Stock
If you have ordered any items which are no longer in stock, and we can not get the items from the manufacturer with in five working days we will notify you immediately via e-mail and or phone , and let you know how long it will be before we can ship your item's. If there are multiple items on your order we will ship the items that are in stock. We will then ship any items that are on back order immediately upon receipt. You will not be charged any extra amount for shipping. If you do not want your order to be partical shipped please let us know. This only applies for orders within the US and APO's or FPO's.All back ordered items will remain on back order unless we are instructed by you to cancel that item.
